The villa is on two floors with separate fully equipped kitchen building (Pestnik). On the first floor, there is one double and one twin transitional bedrooms, bathroom, tavern/dining room with fireplace, satellite TV and bar area with a refrigerator. Upstairs you would find three rooms - two double and one twin bedrooms all sharing a second bathroom. There is a summer dining place in the yard (Saivan) with barbeque, large landscaped courtyard with fireplace and an old walnut tree, bringing coolness during the hot summer days. Two parking spaces are available in the house yard and 2 more parking spaces are available in front of the house.



Along the village is a marked trail to the Monastery of Dryanovo Bojentsi (7 km), from there you can take the marked trail Bozhentsi - Tryavna. Nearby are the architectural and historical reserve Bozhentsi, National park Central Balkan, Dryanovo Monastery (10 km), Bacho Kiro cave, Troyan Monastery, Kapinovski monastery, Kilifarevo monastery, Ethnographic museum Etara and Sokolovski Monastery (15 km), Merdanski monastery and Shipka memorial monument.
