This private and enclosed property is located in a villa area close to the beautiful Balchik town. The panoramic views toward the sea and Balchik harbor will amaze you and will give you the tranquility that everybody needs in the busy daily life.

Villa 5 o’clock is ideal for a large group that wants to share their summer holiday. It offers 7 elegantly decorated bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with a shower.



The villa is wheelchair accessible through a ramp from the main gate to the entrance door. There are 4 parking places in the yard. When you enter the villa, you will find 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a shower. One of each is adapted for disabled people. On this floor there are also a spacious open plan living room with kitchen, dining area and relax zone with TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all needed appliances for home-made meals.



An internal staircase leads you to the first floor where 5 more bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a shower are located. The bedrooms are divided into 3 double, 1 twin and 1 single. One of the double bedrooms is en-suite.

All the bedrooms, except the single one, have a balcony with a sea view. You can enjoy the blue and sparkle Black Sea from the bed every morning. In addition, there are 2 double folding sofas in two of the bedrooms.



The outside area is accessed from the living room and you will fall in love with the view towards the sea from each angle. There is a private swimming pool (dimensions 10 m x 4 m) with a children section. The covered in-built BBQ has a sink for preparing the al-fresco meal and a TV for watching your favourite channels.
