Our cozy guest house is created as a true haven for family vacations, meetings with friends and a complete rest away from the noise and stress of the city. Located in the embrace of the Balkans, in the picturesque village of Beli Osam, just 10 km from the town of Troyan, the house is located on the very bank of the river, nestled between green forests and fresh air, which predispose to peace and relaxation.



Guests have at their disposal cozy and bright rooms with a total capacity of up to 6 people, with the possibility of accommodating 4 more people, which makes the place suitable for both smaller families and larger companies. The spacious tavern has a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing homemade food and shared dinners around the table.



On warm days, you can enjoy the large summer garden, and for complete relaxation, a jacuzzi with mineral water awaits you - the perfect place to relax in nature. For the youngest guests, we have created a children's corner with a slide and a trampoline, where children's laughter is always part of the atmosphere.



Each room is equipped with a large 42-inch TV, cable TV and free Wi-Fi, so you have all the comforts of modern everyday life, even in the middle of nature.



Pets are welcome, provided they have established hygiene habits, with a one-time fee for the entire stay.
