It is located on the 4th floor of a 1960s building, without an elevator. Its location allows you to be minutes away from all the entertainment, the beach, the nightlife of Varna, while being only a 10-minute walk from the center and the pedestrian zone.



The apartment consists of: 1 bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining area, 1 bathroom.



The bedroom has a double bed 160/200 cm and air conditioning.



In the living room there is a sofa bed 160/200 cm, air conditioning and a 43-inch LCD TV.



Wi-Fi internet 1000 Mbt/s is provided.



The kitchen is fully equipped (including washing machine, dryer and dishwasher).



We offer one apartment next door, so we can accommodate up to 8 people.



Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment!

Parking option:

- you can park on the street in the Blue Zone for 16 leva per day. For this purpose, you need to download the Varna Parking app and then pay with a credit card;

- there are 2 paid parking areas nearby (7-8 minutes walk), where you can leave your car for 12 leva per day.
