Our apartments are hidden in the embrace of the forest, where the mornings smell of freshness, and the evenings – of comfort and warmth. From here, just 300 meters away, the Yastrebets 3 ski slope awaits you, and Musala rises above you – the highest peak in the Balkans, a guardian of endless horizons.



When you stay with us, you are not just renting an apartment – ​​you are giving yourself an experience. We will direct you to the most delicious places, where food not only satisfies, but also creates memories. We will tell you about the secret hiking trails that reveal the magic of the mountain – and if you wish, we will be happy to take you personally!



Studio 33 is a little gem located in the upper part of Borovets resort, next to Borovets Hills 5 hotel, in Rila Park 2 complex.



The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the Yastrebets ski slope and 700 meters from Yastrebets station.



Fully equipped for a full stay, furnished stylishly and simply. The fireplace contributes to warmth and a sense of coziness! Feel comfortable and enjoy the wonderful fresh air and tranquility in Rila Park.



In the hotel part of Borovets Hills you can use for an additional fee a SPA, swimming pool, saunas, restaurant, gym, children's playground.



There is also free outdoor parking and an outdoor children's playground at your disposal.
