Description
House Byalata Kushta, Spanchevtsi offers 14 beds in total.
We are located in the beautiful Balkan village of Spanchevtsi, 5 km from the town of Varshets and 90 km from Sofia; Klisura Monastery is 7 km away.
The house accommodates 14 guests, and we welcome visitors year-round.
The third floor is set up as a separate apartment featuring two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a spacious living/dining area with a wood-burning fireplace, TV, and a sofa bed. It also includes panoramic windows opening onto a terrace, as well as a bathroom and toilet (please note: this floor is not suitable for families with small children due to the low placement of the windows in the bedrooms and living area).
The second floor has three rooms. One is a private bedroom with a terrace, bathroom, and toilet. The other two rooms have double beds (one also includes a sofa bed) and share a bathroom and toilet.
The individual rooms or the apartment can also be rented separately.
There is a dedicated parking area for up to 10 vehicles, along with a covered area featuring tables and two grills—one electric and one charcoal.
The outdoor swimming pool (12x6 m) is available for use from May to September.
From the windows and terraces, you can enjoy views of the village and the Balkan Mountains.
All accommodations require a minimum stay of two nights.
