Apartment for short stays in the very center of Varna - in an excellent location, just a few steps from the Sea Garden, the beach and the main street with shops and restaurants. The apartment is on the 5th floor of a new building with an elevator.



It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. The bedroom has access to a balcony. The living room has a separate kitchen, equipped with new electrical appliances and the necessary utensils.



If necessary, a baby cot can be provided for a one-time surcharge of 25 BGN (12.80 €).



Booking conditions:



Smoking is strictly prohibited.



A one-time final cleaning fee of 35 BGN (17.90 €) is added to the total price for the stay.



Check-in after 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Earlier check-in (after 9:30 AM) is possible if dates are available - please inquire.



The apartment is not available for celebrations, parties, hourly use or activities that involve the visit of different people beyond those previously stated in the reservation.



Quiet hours:



Monday - Friday: 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM



Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 PM - 10:00 AM



No loud noise, smoking or throwing garbage and cigarette butts in the common areas of the building (staircase, corridors, elevator, etc.) is allowed.



Upon departure, the key is left in a previously specified place or handed over personally to the owner/manager or cleaning staff.



A 30% non-refundable deposit of the total amount is required as a guarantee. It serves as confirmation of the reservation and compensation for blocked dates in case of cancellation by the guest.



The owner/manager may refund the deposit in case of unexpected repairs or a duplicate reservation when another similar apartment cannot be provided.



In the event of a report from neighbors or the police, as well as in the event of a violation of the rules or antisocial behavior, the accommodation will be terminated immediately without the right to compensation, regardless of the remaining period.
