Hello dear people! We present to you our renovated guest house, known to everyone as Villa Dilyana, but today it already has a new name, namely Guest House Dyado Yani.
The house is located in the village of Tsvetkova Bara, which enjoys beautiful nature, beech forests, small rivers and a wonderful outlet to Todorini Kukli peak. It is located 9 km from the town of Berkovitsa, 10 km from the spa resort Varshets, 32 km from the town of Montana and only 85 km from the city of Sofia. There are interesting sights around such as Srechenska Bara Dam, Klisura Monastery, which is only 1 km from the village and Vrah Kom, which is only 20 km away, popular for winter sports. It has 5 rooms and two bathrooms with a toilet. The capacity is 11 + 2 (two additional places, if necessary, are on a sofa bed in the living room). One of the rooms has a bedroom and one single bed. Each room has a TV and WI-fi.
There is a new kitchen in it, which is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Outside there is an outdoor barbecue, a large table with benches on the veranda, a pool (5.85 length, 2.75 width and 1.33 depth) and two swings. On the terrace there is a sofa where you can lie down and rest, and on the table you can leave your morning coffee. The house is suitable for parties, family gatherings, celebrations. It is located in a very quiet place. You can only hear the birds singing.
