This cozy retreat is designed for rest and calm. It’s thoughtfully prepared to offer ease and comfort — settle in and enjoy the simple joys!



Located a short walk from the beautiful Krinets Dam, surrounded by fresh air and nature’s beauty. About 20–25 minutes on foot (or 5 minutes by car) from the ski lift and town center, combining convenience with peace. Nearby is a small grocery store.



The apartment has two sunny rooms: a welcoming living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is perfect for remote work or emails.



The spacious bedroom features a super king bed for ultimate comfort. The bathroom includes a relaxing bathtub to unwind after a day outdoors.



A large veranda overlooks a pine forest, furnished with comfy sofas and a swing — perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. There’s also a barbecue area for outdoor cooking with a view.



Fast WiFi covers the entire space, and digital TV is available in both the living area and bedroom for your entertainment.

There’s a public paid parking zone in front of the building. You can park by the hour, for a day, or for five or ten days.



Please note that there is no kids’ play area and the spa center and pool in the complex are not operating.
