Guest Houses Smokinite offer comfort and tranquility in two fully independent houses, each accommodating up to 10 guests – with a total capacity of 20 people.

Each house features:

- Three spacious bedrooms

- A bright and cozy living room

- A fully equipped private kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils

- Guests also have access to a shared traditional tavern (mehana) with a capacity of up to 30 people, perfect for gatherings, family celebrations, or evenings with friends.

- An outdoor all-season swimming pool, suitable for use throughout the year

The price for one house per night is 400 BGN, and for both houses – 750 BGN.

For stays longer than 3 nights, the price for the entire complex is 700 BGN per night.

For a one-night stay and events, the house is available only outside the active season.

The listed prices do not apply during national and Christmas holidays.
