Guest house "Polyantsi" is located at the edge of the village of Polyantsi, at the foot of a beautiful and quaint area, characterized by picturesque landscapes and lots of greenery. It is 60 km from Sofia and 100 km from Plovdiv in the heart of Sredna Gora. Old oak, beech and pine forests cover the surrounding hills, adjacent to extensive fields, attractive to nature lovers and mountaineers. The area is also known for its extreme routes for off-road enthusiasts. At a distance of only 7-8 minutes by car you can reach the lake Iskar, which is a preferred area for fishermen and people looking for the calm and secluded beaches of the lake during the hot summer days.

The villa is small and cozy, with a capacity of up to 6 people. It has three bedrooms (two double and two single beds), one bathroom, two toilets, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a porch with a beautiful view of the mountains and a back yard with a barbecue and fire pit. In the immediate vicinity you can visit attractions such as the golf course "Air Sofia" in Ikhtiman, horse base "Niesa", monastery "Uspenie Bogorodichno", botanical garden "Borika", and for thrill seekers the airport "Ikhtiman" offers parachute jumps and a plane ride.
