House "Villa" is located in the village of Atia, "Minor" quarter, 6 km from the town of Chernomorets, 15 km. from the town of Sozopol and 25 km. from the town of Burgas. Atia is a village in Southeastern Bulgaria and is located in the municipality of Sozopol, Burgas district, near the cape of the same name, from which its name comes. Near Atia is located the largest Bulgarian naval base - Burgas Naval Base.
The place where the "Villa" is located combines silence, coziness, tranquility, as on the one hand there is a beautiful forest view, and on the other hand there is a wonderful view of the sea bay.
The accommodation capacity is 6 + 2 guests, distributed in a total of 3 comfortable bedrooms. The rooms are suitable for two or three people and are furnished with double beds, TV, wardrobe. The villa has a total of two bathrooms with toilets. The house has very good insulation, which makes it cool in summer and warm in winter. During the winter months, heating is provided by local pellet heating.
Guests have at their disposal a living room with a kitchenette, equipped with an oven, ceramic hobs, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and the necessary utensils for a household, a karaoke speaker. The capacity is up to 8-10 seats - a great place for dinner or for celebrating in pleasant company.

To the northeast of the village is Vromos Bay. The proximity of the village to Burgas makes it an attractive destination for many residents of the seaside city, and the beach in the village is one of the most undeveloped and wild places on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, with a length of 4 km and shallow and crystal clear waters.
