It is part of the Rhodope Mountains in Bulgaria, located in the village of Srednogortsi, about 20 km from Smolyan—the nearest major city.



Once a former fish farm, the site still features a small lake, adding to the fairytale scenery of forests and meadows in every direction.



The complex includes five bungalows, a two-floor building, two common areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and of course, the beautiful lake at the center of the property—visible from every room.



The bungalows can accommodate one or two adults, or two adults and one child. All rooms have private bathrooms and toilet facilities.



In addition, we have a swimming pool to enjoy on hot summer days, and a spa area coming soon.
