The layout consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a common area - living room and kitchen (combined), a large terrace (on the 2nd floor), which goes around the house and a nice garden, with a secured corner for relaxation.



On the ground floor there is a common room and one of the bathrooms, and the living room is furnished with:

- dining room;

- a corner for relaxation, with comfortable and very soft, large sofas;

- TV with cable channels;

- air conditioning;



The kitchen is equipped with:

- refrigerator, oven and hobs;

- washing machine;

- dishwasher;

- coffee machine;

The bedrooms and the second bathroom are located on the second floor.
