We are located on a quiet street in the old part of Pomorie, 300 m. from the most beautiful beach and 300 m. from the city center. The location is next to the mud-curing Sanatorium, where you can use outdoor jacuzzis and a swimming pool, the water of which contains the most healing ingredient of Pomorie Lake.

The area is great for cycling. It has numerous shops and restaurants.

We offer 3 garage parking spaces .Parking place-in the yard of Sanatorium. 8 EU for 24 h.

We offer tourists new 6 two-room and 2 three-room apartments, with good exposure for the summer and a pleasant view. The building has luxurious common areas, an elevator. Each apartment has a balcony with a table, chairs and a dryer. All windows and balcony doors have mosquito nets.

We have taken care with love to provide everything you need for your pleasant stay: WF, air conditioning in each room, TV and washing machine. The kitchenette in each apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, electric kettle, built-in hotplates, microwave, toaster, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, dishes and supplies. The three-room apartments have an oven and dishwasher. In the bedroom - a hotel bed 145/200 cm or 160/200 cm, with a comfortable mattress, and in each living room there is a sofa bed with a sleeping area of 140/190 cm. In the three-room apartments, one bedroom has two separate beds. The two-room apartments have a capacity for two, or a family with up to two children, the three-room apartments - a maximum of 6 people /single family/.



As a compliment - a coffee machine and capsules in each apartment.



Free for baby - 2 chairs and 2 beds with reservation.



Minimum 3 nights. Check-in after 3:00 p.m., check-out – by 10:00 a.m.
