They are located 5 minutes' walk from the old part of the city, where there are many museums, cafes, taverns, craft shops and shops. 100m away is the Angel Kanchev sports complex, a large swimming pool, tennis courts, an outdoor fitness area, a children's corner.



House Tepavitsa 1 has 4 bedrooms with a double bed, each with its own bathroom and toilet, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe and desk. Spacious dining room with a fireplace for cold winter days, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, refrigerator, built-in hobs and oven, extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, everything you need for preparing and serving food. Dining table for 10 people. Corner with sofas - sofa bed, TV with cable TV and high-speed internet.



House Tepavitsa 2 has two bedrooms with wardrobes, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Living room with kitchen area with air conditioning, dining table for 6 people, sofa bed, large TV with cable TV and high-speed internet. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, stove, oven, extractor hood, microwave, hot water kettle, coffee maker and everything you need for preparing and serving food. Private bathroom with toilet and separate toilet with outdoor summer shower. Spacious veranda with a large table with chairs and a view of the garden.



The two houses are located in a large landscaped yard, with parking, barbecue area with a summer tavern for 12 people. The houses are rented together and separately.

At 20 km. are located - Etara ethnographic museum, Sokolovsky monastery, Dryanovsky monastery, 45 km. is the city of Veliko Tarnovo with the magnificent Tsarevets fortress. Many eco-trails start from the city of Tryavna, which will take you to beautiful places such as Bozhentsi, Zmeeva dupka, etc. The city borders a beautiful lake - a wonderful place for your walk and fishing.
