The subway station is just 3 minutes away walk and provides quick and easy access to all the city. The studio has two rooms and is designed as practical and comfortable with a very nice double bed, two single sofas (quite good for sleeping), two terraces (where smoking is allowed), TV in each room, working place, sports equipment, kitchen, bathroom. The studio is 46 square meters with 2 rooms, bathroom and two balconies. The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed and a working place (with a very comfortable chair and desk), a TV with cable TV with many channels. The room has a direct access to one of the two terraces, where you can smoke as much as you want. In the bedroom we have provided electrical sockets (power) at many places (we have also travelled a lot and we know it is very embarrassing when you are not able to charge your phone when you lay down in bed for example). In the room there are three night lamps, which will make it possible to read (frankly, we have the same bed, mattress, sofa and lamps at our home). The other room is a living room with a kitchen, a single foldable sofa and a sporting equipment. The room is designed to use it for few purposes. You can cook at the kitchen and eat (there is a table). The single foldable sofa can be used for sleeping. While not cooking or eating, you can use the space to make a workout as there is a sporting equipment like professional punching bag and boxing gloves, a pull up bar, a barbell with weights. There is also a separate big TV in the room with cable TV with many channels, as well as Sony Playstation 4. The room has a direct access to the second terrace (again, smoking on terraces is allowed). This terrace has a small table and two chairs on it.
