Cozy and contemporary, the space is newly furnished and is perfect for short tourist breaks or long stays in the city.

The house is a historic building and there are no lifts. Access to the apartment is via a staircase

City center location means that there is a Blue zone for parking – best to download the mobile application “Varna Parking“ - “Virtual parking meter“. The price for short-term parking is BGN 0.50 for 30 minutes or BGN 16 per day.



CHECK-IN: 15:00 onwards.

Please know that we can be flexible with the check-in hour, but kindly respect our time as well.

CHECK-OUT: by 11:00.

Late check-out is possible if the apartment is not booked for a flat fee of 30 BGN.



IMPORTANT:

Longer stays – if you would like to stay for 1 month or more, please know that there will be a cleaning fee of 40 BGN (paid to the cleaning company)
