Our family villa is located in a beautiful and quiet part of Sinemorets village, close to the legendary beach, the mouth of the Veleka River, and with a view of the Korabite, the iconic rock islands. For over 20 years, we have been welcoming guests to our villa, is situated in a spacious and green garden, where we have lovingly cultivated local and exotic plant species for many years. Guests are invited to enjoy the garden, equipped with several seating areas, a barbecue, and a hammock. However, guests can also choose the seclusion of the terraces available in our studios. The studios are spacious and comfortable, about 45 sq.m., with large double beds and pull-out sofas. They are equipped with kitchens and dining tables, including on terraces. Our guests can spend many hours in the studio when they desire peace without losing contact with the sea. Our small rooms, about 10 sq.m. including bathrooms, are designed to be maximally economical, though they are equipped with everything necessary. They are intended for those who love outdoor experiences, seeking shelter for the few hours when they are not at the beach, on a walk, at dinner, or a party. Near Villa California, there are family restaurants and shops. The Koraba Bar is also nearby.



Sinemorets is a treasure of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, long loved by those who have discovered it. These admirers always return again and again, no matter how far they have been or how long they have been away. Near Sinemorets, you will find five beaches: Butamyata, Veleka, Lipite, Listi, and Silistar, each with its special beauty and wonderful sea. Two of them, Lipite and Listi, are wild, hidden in the forests of Strandzha, and inaccessible by car. The Strandzha forest is equally beautiful, offering a lovely option for walks on days when you want to take a break from the beach. Six kilometers from Sinemorets is the historical and ancient town of Ahtopol.
