Evita Guest Houses are located in the picturesque seaside town of Balchik, also known as the White Town. In addition to its incredible location (the houses seem to be perched on the hills), our wonderful town is also famous for its fabulous Palace, as well as the beautiful Botanical Garden, which are only a 5-minute drive from our holiday homes.
Villa 1 consists of one floor. It has two rooms - a bedroom for two people plus an additional sofa for two more.
The bedroom has its own bathroom and a hallway equipped with a sink with a cabinet, an additional wardrobe and an electric kettle.
The second room consists of two single beds, its own bathroom, a hallway with a kitchenette and an electric kettle, a washing machine and a laundry basket.
Both rooms have plasma TVs with cable TV, as well as free internet access.
The rooms are independent of each other. Each has its own entrance.
Villa 1 also has a pool and a barbecue where you can prepare your favorite dishes and drinks.
The house is fully air-conditioned.
The capacity of the villa is 4 + 2 additional people, a total of 6 people.
Villa 2 is on two floors. On the first floor there is a bedroom for two people. A corridor with a table where you can have your morning coffee, a small kitchenette, a refrigerator and an electric kettle.
The room has cable TV, internet access and of course a private bathroom (bathroom and toilet, equipped with toilet paper, shampoo and liquid soap).
The second floor consists of two rooms.
The bedroom is for two people plus a sofa with two additional places. There is a plasma TV with cable and internet.
The other room has two single beds, a plasma TV with cable and free internet.
The two rooms on the second floor have a shared bathroom (bathroom and toilet, equipped with toilet paper, shampoo and liquid soap).
