For your convenience, if you want to stay overnight with us, it is advisable to have a car!

Prices are for a minimum of 2 nights. Only 1 night is charged extra.

Smoking is allowed only on the terraces or in the yard.

Outsiders in the house (except for those staying) are not allowed!

The rooms are rented for overnight stays only. Parties and gatherings in the rooms are prohibited.



The price includes all consumables, cleaning and change of bed linen every 4-5 days.

The extraordinary change of bed linen and towels is paid additionally 25 BGN.

Check-in after 2 pm to 7 pm.

Check-out until 11 am. Additional hours are charged.

Early check-in / late check-out by prior arrangement and additional charge.
