For our youngest guests, we provide a high chair and a baby cot.

During the winter months, the house is heated by the fireplace in the dining area, which uses air ducts to distribute warmth to the bedrooms.
An outdoor charcoal barbecue is available year-round for grilling delicious meats.
Our heated Jacuzzi ensures complete relaxation, while sports enthusiasts can enjoy a game of table tennis.
The property features a spacious, enclosed yard with a children's play area—including a swing—making it perfect for kids to play.

The village of Ilakov Rat is situated approximately 7 kilometers southeast of the town of Elena. It is situated on an elevation at the foot of Simanovo Peak and Chukara Hill, not far from the right bank of the Boroshtitsa River. Until 1943, the settlement was a dispersed community consisting of several separate hamlets located close to one another, collectively known as Ilakov Rat. The area is distinguished by its exceptionally beautiful scenery. During the summer season, excellent mushrooms—particularly porcini and Caesar's mushrooms—grow in the Dyadovo Vladovo locality. The area offers excellent conditions for hunting, and there are two hunting clubs in the village.
