I am pleased to present a brand new property that is now open for business - Vivia Guest Rooms!
It is located in the village of Ledenik, only 5 kilometers from Veliko Tarnovo.
Capacity - 7 people. The house has three bedrooms, which can be rented separately or together - the whole house.
There are two bathrooms on each floor, and the heating is provided by air conditioners. Brand new furniture.
On the first floor there is a small kitchen, fully equipped with appliances, as well as a bathroom.
The house is a great alternative to hotels in the city, offering easy access, clean air, tranquility, independence, and parking.
There are several attractions and opportunities for tourism in the village. Here you can see the only building of its kind on the Balkan Peninsula - the Tower (there is only one other like it in Eastern Europe). The local church also houses one of the three preserved self-portraits of Zachary Zograf in Bulgaria. You can see a very well-preserved old mill. When the weather is good, the friendly host offers a walk along a local eco-trail with breathtaking views and a visit to ancient Thracian sanctuaries.
The property also has a Finnish sauna, which is available to guests upon request and for an additional fee of €10.
