Large 4 bedroom holiday villa for rental in Sunny Beach located on Bulgaria's Black Sea coast, with its own private pool.



The villa rental is large, well apointed and will comfortably sleep 8 to 10 people. It is fully furnished with its own 6m x 4m private pool, patio area, WIFI, and parking space for two cars. With four large bedrooms and three bathrooms, it makes it ideal for families sharing as well as couples or mixed groups.



There are four bedrooms in the villa, one situated on the ground floor and three on the first floor. All bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side tables, and have individual bed side lighting. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort and those on the first floor have access to a balcony.



All bedrooms can sleep 2 people with the master bedroom and the ground floor bedroom having a double bed each. The two other bedrooms on the first floor have single beds. There is also two double bed settees in the lounge which are available, although they incur a separate to charge of £40 when there are more than 8 guests.



The villa is situated on the enclosed Hill Top complex overlooking Sunny Beach and the old town of Nessebar, creating a secure environment for families with small children.



The vacation rental is 25 minutes from Bourgas airport and 5 minutes by car from Sunny Beach, and the traditional Bulgarian village of Kosharitza.
