It is super central, luxurious and very spacious. Super quiet at night and at the same time right in the city center, in one of the newest and most modern buildings.



It has all the necessary amenities and even more. It is 1 minute from all shops and restaurants, 15 minutes walk from the beach and the central bus and train station and 20 minutes by car from the airport.

There is a central blue zone car park which is free between 19:00 and 9:00 on weekdays (and costs BGN 1/hour between 9:00 and 19:00) and completely free at the weekend.
