Cabo Villas are designed to create home comfort in the dream seaside villa. Our houses are furnished and equipped for the complete comfort and privacy of our guests. We would like to present you an alternative and modern way of recreation that is safer, cleaner and more sustainable given the time in which we live.



Arapya is a beautiful, deep-cut Black Sea bay, located halfway between the bustling village of Lozenets and the quiet but increasingly developing town of Tsarevo (about 3 km from them). Arapya Bay is one of the most popular destinations on our southern Black Sea coast for windsurfing, diving and sea fishing. With its surf school and diving center, the place is extremely suitable for children. Arapya has two beaches with cozy restaurants offering fresh fish and good food, as well as outdoor beach bars with refreshing cocktails during the day and pleasant music at night. Cabo Villas is located on top of one of the capes of this beautiful bay next to restaurants, shops and the beach.
