Villa Kraibrezhna is a detached villa, located about 3 km from the town of Dospat, on the very shore of the Dospat dam, where you can enjoy coziness, tranquility and incredibly beautiful views.



A wonderful place that will captivate you forever. Here you will feel the magic of nature, you will be charged with positive energy, you will have the opportunity to indulge in favorite activities such as fishing, mountain walks and many others.

Near Dospat are the Jagodin Cave and the Devil's Throat, which are worth visiting.



The villa has:

- two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a bedroom, the other has three beds (two singles and one and a half person)

- living room with fully equipped kitchenette; sofa bed, comfortable for sleeping; a corner with a large dining table; television set; cable television; wireless internet and a view of the dam

- bathroom

- a large terrace with a wonderful view

- barbecue



Heating on cold days is with a pellet stove.



Free parking for two cars is available in the yard of the property.



The villa is suitable for 6 people - price BGN 300 per day. For public holidays, the price is higher and is negotiated in advance.

The minimum stay is 2 nights, and in July and August - 3 nights.

For more than 3 nights there is a 10% discount on the price.



Upon check-in, a refundable deposit of BGN 100 is required, provided in cash by the client. This deposit guarantees the coverage of any damages. In the absence of such, the deposit is refunded on the day of departure.
