The price includes:

- The price is for a studio depending on the stay, maximum up to 3 people (2 adults and 1 child)

Additional payment conditions:

- Consumables over BGN 100 per month.

- One-time cleaning BGN 60 (for long offers)

- If parking spaces are not available, pay for public parking according to the zone tariff

- Use of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach is subject to an additional charge

- Pets are not allowed

- Smoking is not allowed on the territory of the complex and the studio
