The price includes:

- The price is for a three-room apartment depending on the stay, up to 4 people maximum

- Incl. consumables (electricity, water)

- Free internet and cable

- Incl. cleaning once every 3-4 days except for long-term offers

- Free parking spaces next to the block (if available)



Additional payment conditions:

- Consumables over BGN 100 per month.

- One-time cleaning BGN 60 (for long offers)

- If parking spaces are not available, pay for public parking according to the zone tariff

- Use of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach is subject to an additional charge

- Check-in after 2 p.m

- Pets are not allowed

- Smoking is not allowed on the territory of the residence

- For long-term rental, contract and damage deposit
