Guest House Lilya features a 400-square-meter house and a 2,000-square-meter yard. Fully renovated in 2025, it offers 6 bedrooms, each equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a sofa bed. The maximum accommodation capacity is 18 people.

The house is equipped with all modern appliances: a stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, cookware and cutlery, and a hairdryer. Also provided for your use are dishwasher tablets, liquid soap, dishwashing detergent, a sponge, a cleaning cloth, paper towels, and toilet paper. The building features a laundry room and a central heating system.

Also at your disposal are a heated pool (with pool towels), a barbecue area, parking, and internet access.

The village of Gorna Kovachitsa offers a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation, while the picturesque scenery provides opportunities for walking, cycling, and visiting local landmarks such as the museums in Chiprovtsi, Chiprovtsi Waterfall, Chiprovtsi Monastery, and Lopushna Monastery.

Nearby attractions include the Belogradchik Rocks, Magura Cave, Ledenika Cave, the Klisura Monastery of Sts. The house is available for a minimum stay of 2 nights. From June 15 to September 22, we accept bookings for a minimum of 3 nights, unless there is a 2-day gap in the schedule between reservations.

A €200 deposit is required upon check-in; this is refunded after an inspection of the villa upon check-out.
