House Villa Linda - 2, Varna offers 6 beds in total.

I offer a self-contained apartment (occupying one floor) within a villa for your vacation. It is located in the Trakata area, above the Euxinograd Palace and close to the St. St. Constantine and Helena resort complex.



The villa is easily accessible via an asphalt road and is just a 7–8 minute drive from the center of Varna.



A supermarket is nearby, as well as the "Kubcheto" complex—a large supermarket featuring a restaurant and a gym; there is also another restaurant with a spacious summer garden right next door.



The beaches of Trakata and St. St. Constantine and Helena can be reached in under 10 minutes. The distance to Varna’s North Beach is roughly the same, and it offers a large free parking area right by the seaside.



From there, you can walk to the Sea Garden in just a few minutes.



The apartment consists of two bedrooms and a living room with an equipped kitchenette and a sofa bed.

One bedroom features a large double bed and a sofa bed, while the other has two single beds.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

It is very comfortable and practical, accommodating 4 + 2 guests.



The villa's garden features designated areas for relaxation and dining, and there is on-site parking available in the courtyard.



An indoor garage is also available for use upon request, for an additional fee. For everyone's safety, security cameras have been installed in the courtyard; only registered guests are permitted on the premises, and pets are not allowed.
