I offer for vacation a private apartment, /floor/ of a villa, located in the area of ​​Trakata, street 8, /new name is Dragan Danailov / 57, above the Evsinovgrad Palace and near the tourist complex St. Constantine and Elena.



Access to the villa is easy, on an asphalt road, 7-8 minutes by car from the center of Varna.



There is a supermarket nearby, as well as the Kubcheto complex - a large supermarket with a restaurant and a gym, next door there is another restaurant with a large summer garden.



To the beaches of Trakata, as well as St. Konstantin and Elena, can be reached in no more than 10 minutes, and the distance to the North Beach of Varna is almost the same, as there is a large free parking area on the seashore.



From there, you can walk to the Sea Garden in a few minutes.



The apartment consists of two bedrooms and a living room with an equipped kitchenette and a sofa bed.

In one bedroom there is a large bedroom and a sofa bed, in the other - two single beds.

Each bedroom has a private bathroom.

Very comfortable and practical for 4 +2 people.



In the garden of the villa there are designated areas for rest and eating, there are also parking spaces in the yard of the villa.



If desired, a covered garage can be used for a fee.



For everyone's safety, cameras are installed in the yard and people other than registered guests are not allowed in the property, and pets are not allowed.
