Villa Avelia is a spacious and stylish guest house located in a quiet southern neighborhood of Varna, just minutes away from Asparuhovo, Fichoza, and Pasha Dere beaches. This place is designed for people seeking peace, comfort, and a true escape from the noise of crowded hotels.



The villa offers three cozy bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes, air conditioning, and TVs. There are two modern bathrooms with shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer. The large living room also has air conditioning and a TV, while the kitchen is fully equipped – oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric kettle, and all necessary utensils.



The real highlight, however, is on the rooftop. There you will find an open-air jacuzzi with panoramic sea views – perfect for romantic evenings under the stars or relaxation after a long beach day. Next to it, there are sun loungers and a parasol. The garden features outdoor seating, an electric grill, a swing, and fruit trees.



Villa Avelia can accommodate up to 9 guests. We also offer a free baby cot and high chair upon prior request. Parking on site is free and private.



The location is extremely convenient. Varna Airport is about 15 minutes by car. The central railway station and the cathedral are 10–12 minutes away. The Sea Garden, Archaeological Museum, Roman Baths, and Aladzha Monastery are easily accessible. If you want to go shopping, Grand Mall and Varna Mall are about 15 minutes away. Golden Sands resort is 25 minutes by car.



Villa Avelia is suitable for families with children, couples, as well as small groups of friends who value quietness, luxury amenities, and beautiful nature. Please respect the common order – no loud music or noise after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing the neighbors. Pets are allowed only upon prior request.
