Newly built, modern, spacious and cozy - guest house Siyana has one quadruple, 2 double and 5 triple rooms, as well as one apartment with 4 double beds/bedrooms. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom with hydromassage shower and individual water heater, sanitary room, air conditioning, WI Fi, TV, office corner, refrigerator, kitchenette, ice and ambient lighting, as well as everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay!
We also have a conference hall with 40 seats, fully equipped kitchenette, TV, audio system, stove and other amenities for your event!
The house also has an outdoor terrace with a barbecue corner and 40 seats, where you can prepare your breakfast, lunch and/or dinner to your taste. And in case you want us to pamper you, we offer breakfast according to your wish.
Our restaurant has 50 standing seats and offers a varied menu with delicious Mediterranean dishes and a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as a wide selection of wines from the typical Bulgarian varieties with working hours from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
We have also thought of your car - we have 50 parking spaces on a concrete base in front of the guest house, as well as 6 double garage cells with remote control - for your peace of mind and discretion.
Around our pool you will find 70 units. sunbeds, and we will start the season on May 1, 2024. and its heating will begin.
The Siyana Beach complex is located in the heart of the Rhodopes, 15 km from the town of Asenovgrad, between the village of Bachkovo and the village of Narchenski Bani - before the Yugovsko inn. The complex offers us a swimming pool, a cozy restaurant with 80 seats outdoors under the pergola and an additional 50 seats indoors, and now also with a three-story guest house.
And next door is the Gheorgovia Khan Guest House, with 23 places for rest and relaxation, a closed barbeque area, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
