Raya Apartments are located on the main seaside street in Obzor, just 50 m from the beach. The city park is located just a 6-7 minute walk from the building. The central part of the city, where most of the restaurants and shops are located, is only a few minutes' walk away. There is also paid private parking nearby. The apartments are located on the ground floor of a small holiday building and have easy access with a stroller. From the terraces there is a view of the seaside street, as well as a partial view of the sea. The apartments are luxuriously furnished with fully equipped kitchens, which will give you the opportunity to prepare your favorite food.



Apartment Atea 1, Obzor consists of a luxurious bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, TV and air conditioning; luxurious bathroom with shower, sink and toilet; living room with kitchenette, comfortable sofa bed where two more people can sleep. At guests' disposal is a modern fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary dishes and appliances (refrigerator, 2 ceramic hotplates, oven, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle for hot water, washing machine); dining room with dining table and chairs. A lovely terrace with wrought iron railings, views of the seaside street and partial sea views at one end. The apartment is suitable for two or four people. There is a large selection of restaurants and beach bars in the central part of the city, which is only 500-600 m from the apartment.



Guests of Apartment Raya 1 can use the nearest beach - right in front of the building - where there is a paid area with sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as a free area.



Another beach option is the South Beach of Obzor - only 500 m away.



You can park in the nearby paid parking lot (3-4 minutes walk).
