Welcome to guest house Andrea in the village of Rogachevo, 20 km from Varna, where comfort and coziness are in harmony with nature. This unique recreation area with a wonderful view of the azure beaches of Albena and Kranevo offers exceptional comfort and friendliness for your vacation or party.
A spacious banquet hall, furnished in a sophisticated style, is available for guests to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner with friends and family. The hall can accommodate up to 30 people and is ideal for large companies, special events and celebrations. In a luxurious setting in the dining room or on the terrace, you will enjoy the sea view combined with fresh air from the forest next door.
For culinary experiences during the stay, we have the fully equipped kitchen, next to the banquet hall with everything you need to prepare meals.
The living room of the house is furnished with upholstered furniture, creating a cozy atmosphere around the fireplace, which adds a feeling of warmth and coziness. A large smart TV and a separate section with a pull-out couch are also available to guests. Here, guests can enjoy quiet moments with a book or pleasant company.
The house itself has a total of 5 bedrooms.
Spacious bedroom on the 1st floor with bathroom, King-size bed, soft furniture with sleep function.
On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms, two of them with an entrance hall and a bathroom. The larger bedrooms have a king-size bed, the others have two single beds that can be pushed together as a bedroom.
The washing machine is located in a wet room on the 1st floor. We have a hydrophore system.
Guests have the opportunity to experience memorable culinary experiences in the banquet hall or on the terrace, enjoying the wonderful sea view.
In total, up to 15 people can stay in the house. For larger companies, we offer additional apartments in the neighboring house, Villa Makeli. Prices on request!
The house also has its own pool with jacuzzi, which is heated by solar energy.
