House Mindjera

House Mindjera, Lopyan offers 14 beds in total.

The village of Lopyan is located at the foot of the northern slopes of Sredna Stara planina and is one of the oldest settlements in Etropol municipality and Sofia region. There is evidence that it existed as early as the time of the Thracians.



Description of the premises:



Accommodations are distributed in two separate houses in a common yard:



House 1 - three double rooms with a bedroom, one quadruple room with four single beds and one bathroom.



House 2 - on two floors:

- 1st floor - large common room, type of tavern with space for 20 people and plasma TV. The tavern has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances, as well as a toilet;

- 2nd floor - two double rooms with a bedroom and a bathroom.



Each room is equipped with a full set of bed linen and bath towels, TV and Wi-Fi internet.



Available to guests are:

- big yard;

- Wi-Fi coverage on the territory of the entire facility;

- charcoal barbecue;

- wood-fired jacuzzi, which can also be used in winter;

- unlimited parking space.
