The apartment is located about 15–20 minutes walk from the beach and the Sea Garden.

Thanks to the tall trees in front of the building, it is pleasantly cool in the summer, and the terrace offers natural shade - an ideal place for morning coffee, a book in hand or a glass of wine in the evening.

One of the biggest advantages is the location. There is a supermarket about 50 m away, and just a few minutes walk away you will find a bakery with warm bread, a farm shop, a dairy, fruit and vegetable shop (open every day from 7:00 to 22:00), a pharmacy, restaurants, cafes and everything you need for a peaceful stay - without having to use a car.
