Art Apartment Evmolpias, as an object, is the first for our company and we wanted to make it memorable! We restored it from the ruins with a lot of love, patience, and time. We made an effort to show the natural appearance of the wooden floor and doors as much as possible.



We designed and painted the stained glass in the bathroom, and we also handcrafted the sink inside from teak wood and further built it with resins.



We wove in vintage and retro visions, such as the antique stool - a real camel saddle, with some modern solutions like a smart TV with built-in Wi-Fi, air conditioning, etc., for greater comfort and convenience.



In the kitchen, the refrigerator is also painted in red and hand-painted by us in the style of a true cigar aficionado, my personal hobby.



High standard of sanitization and a special UV-ozone lamp combo, through which the premises are decontaminated by 99.9%. All this is solely for the purpose of making your stay peaceful so that you can focus on the main thing - your purpose of visiting Plovdiv, whether for work, a concert, a trip, or something else. Information about the accommodation



Our ART apartment is located in an old building constructed more than 110 years ago. According to legends, after the Liberation from Turkish slavery, it housed a Russian consulate. It is situated on the top floor with a view of the inner courtyard and the Hill of the Liberators (Bunardzhik) with a direct view of the Alyosha monument from every room.



On the walls in the corridor, you will find portraits of emblematic personalities connected with the history of Bulgaria, as well as those who have made or contributed to significant world discoveries. The floor and doors are fully restored to their original appearance, and the bathroom door is decorated with a painted stained glass.
