Three-storey villa with 6 bedrooms - each with its own bathroom and toilet. The first floor is combined with a spacious dining room, a living room with two sofas, a fireplace, a bathroom, a toilet and a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven and dishes.



The second floor has 4 rooms, (two) with one double bed and one single bed and (2) with one double bed each, separate bathroom and toilet and a terrace with a wonderful view. It is located in a complex. Its location makes it a great place to escape from everyday life.



It is located at the foot of Stara Planina, the village of Kosharitsa, which is 6 km from the beach of the Sunny Beach resort. The complex is located in a remote and quiet place from other complexes and villas and it is a 4-5 minute drive on an unpaved road to reach it.



The complex has a large and spacious yard of 3,000 square meters with a common pool that does NOT work during the winter period. The unique qualities of the area such as clean air, great nature, pleasant locals and neighbors make you feel great.



The third floor has two rooms, one of them has 2 double beds and one single bed, a terrace with a wonderful view and chairs with a table to welcome the sunrise with a cup of aromatic coffee, the other room has one double and three singles and a terrace with a wonderful sight.



The spacious living room is suitable for relaxing or gathering with friends/family, making it a great place to enjoy a glass of red wine in front of the warm fireplace with pleasant music on the flat screen TV.



Has Wi fi & TV. The air is exceptionally clean due to our location between the mountains and the sea.



The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful place, but due to the distance from other houses and complexes it can be windy. Despite this, the cottages are warm and pleasant.
