I offer you two identically luxuriously furnished apartments with a beautiful sea view. From the terrace, you can enjoy the sunrise, St. Ivan Island, and the town of Sozopol.



The building is quiet and located 100 meters from the beach, with its beautiful green area. In the courtyard, there is a pool with saltwater, free umbrellas, and lounges.



Nearby, there is a restaurant that operates year-round and offers quality service and cuisine.



The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. They are suitable for accommodating 2-4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.



When I plan a trip or vacation, I want the place I stay to be at least as comfortable as my own home, if not better. That's why I strive to make my guests feel at home. I have made an effort to offer you comfort and a good mood for your vacation. I am always available for questions and suggestions to improve my accommodations. I speak Bulgarian, Russian, and English fluently.



The apartments are located 300 meters from the bus station in Chernomorets, 500 meters from the town center, and 100 meters from the beach. Near Chernomorets, there are 4 beaches, all of which are sandy and suitable for families with children. Every 30 minutes, there is a bus to Burgas or Sozopol from the town.



During the summer season, Burgas hosts a Sand Sculpture Festival, and in August, a music festival. In the town of Sozopol, you can enjoy a pleasant atmosphere in the old part of the town, which has numerous restaurants, shops, and an unforgettable ambiance. For nightlife enthusiasts, not far from the complex, there is Gradina Beach, where there are several popular night bars.
