It is located in a closed complex with its own parking lot and offers numerous amenities and unique opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. The natural beauty of this area is highlighted by the extensive meadow in front of the house, where you can enjoy a picnic away from the city bustle.



For your convenience and pleasure, we provide a tent with a fully equipped kitchenette with an area of 40 square meters - ideal for relaxation, rest and organizing parties with friends. For those who love outdoor cooking, we have a barbecue - both gas and charcoal. The garden's wooden tables and benches are perfect for enjoying meals outdoors.



During the summer season, you can refresh yourself in a small heated pool that offers perfect cooling. The table with bench and chairs are perfect for lunch under the open sky, and the coffee corner and hammock provide you with a place to relax and enjoy pleasant moments. It is important to note that the lawn, the tent and the pool are used only by the guests of the Nikol House.



9 km from the house is Borovets - the pride of the Bulgarian winter resorts, which does not make it any less attractive during the hot summer days. 58 km of tracks of different lengths and degrees of difficulty have been built. The tracks are grouped in 3 areas: Sitnyakovo-Martinovi baraki - 8 tracks, Markujik - 4 tracks and Yastrebets - 3 tracks. During the summer season, there are many different hiking routes.



At a distance of 9 km from the house is Dolna Banya, where you can find several mineral pools. The water in these pools is slightly mineralized and springs from a geothermal spring with a temperature between 62-65 °C. It is suitable for the treatment and prevention of various diseases, including those of the musculoskeletal system and post-traumatic conditions, as well as problems with the respiratory and nervous systems, gynecological and skin diseases. In addition, it can also be used for drinking treatment, but only for caries prevention, because of its high fluoride content.
