Beautiful, cozy and surrounded by greenery, the house is located in a quiet villa area, 4 km from KK Albena and 5 km from the botanical garden and the Palace in Balchik.



The two-story villa is for private use with a capacity of 6+4 people and has a large green yard with a heated pool and a separate beach area with sunbeds and tables; a children's corner with a house, slide and swings; a barbecue area with a charcoal oven, electricity. grill and dining area.



On the first floor there are: a spacious living room with a fireplace, soft furniture for relaxation and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, dishes); one bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets. There is a direct exit to the barbecue area and the pool.



On the second floor there are 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds, the third has two bunk beds. Each bedroom has a panoramic terrace. EACH ROOM has air conditioners and thick blackout curtains.

A beautiful sea view is revealed from the second floor and part of the yard.



The house is not for parties and loud celebrations!

No pets allowed!

No smoking in the house!

Check in-after 4pm



One-time fee: BGN 200.

Upon check-in, a refundable deposit of BGN 500 is due for possible damages, which is returned upon release, if no damages are found.
