The Tanevata house, Yakovtsi has a bed base of 10 place’s Tanevata house is located in the village of Yakovtsi, nestled in the foothills of Stara planina, in close proximity (300 m)to the Yakovtsi dam,5km from the town of Elena and 35 km south of Veliko Tarnovo.



The accommodation capacity is 8+2 places. On the first floor, there is a tavern with a fireplace and a long table, also suitable for larger companies; kitchenette equipped with electrical appliances, including dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave oven,fridge-freezer and dishes.



For convenience, there is toilet next to the tavern. Second floor: From the foyer you enter four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The rooms have double beds, and two of them have an additional sofa bed. From the bedrooms there is a spacious veranda with a view of the Balkans and the wide courtyard. The place is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon rest, as well as for contemplation and meditation in nature.



Thanks to the high location of the house, the clean air and the absence of lights from the city, at night from the yard you can observe a sky with many huge and bright stars.



Available are: internet; in all rooms - televisions; baby cot and high chair. Heating during the winter months is with local pellets heating. A separate building with a barbecue, suitable for small and large companies, has been built, which can be used all year round, not only for preparing food, but also for eating outside.



The comfort is complemented by a year-round outdoor heated jacuzzi. The yard is spacious with a swimming pool, which in the summer, in perfect combination with the crystal mountain air, provides an opportunity for swimming and water games. We have taken care to build a children’s playground with the children’s favorite swing and a slide, which will make their stay with us more cheerful. The house is reached by a comfortable asphalt road, and in the western part of the yard there is parking for four cars.
