I am renting a spacious and fully furnished and equipped two-room apartment in the Perla district, Crystal Apartments complex with a permit for use since 2016. (block 35 of Perla Nessebar district, see on the map below).The building is emblematic of the area and is on the first line to the beach. It has controlled access, is well maintained, video surveillance, swimming pool, playground and landscaped yard. The place is close to year-round restaurants, pubs, Jeanette's store, the school, the court, the municipality and everything you need.The apartment has large rooms and is ready to move into. It consists of a practical entrance hall, a large living room with a dining room and a kitchen area, a separate large bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet. Heating and cooling is with air conditioners, and hot water with a boiler. Separate lots for electricity (domestic) and water. Pets are also allowed. Internet and TV with many channels to A1. It can be used by up to four people (there is a nice sofa bed, bedroom bed).
