The hotel has 3 detached houses in a common yard with an area of about 3 acres, including parking and green meadows. The climate is suitable for asthmatics. One of the houses was built in 1826 and has preserved the old style and was renovated in 2005. The other 2 houses were built in 2000.

- The big house: 1st floor - dining room with an equipped kitchen with a corner for watching TV, which can be separated from the dining room with sliding doors; bedroom with private bathroom. 2nd floor - room for quiet games - backgammon, chess, cards and others, whatever you bring; 4 bedrooms, separated as 2 mini-apartments with their own bathrooms.
- The small house - it is on 1 floor and is a studio type, including a mini living room in the entrance hall and a room with 2 single beds with a private bathroom.
