We rent a large, spacious and fully furnished and equipped three-room apartment inWe are renting out a large, spacious and fully furnished and equipped three-room apartment in the Perla district, Crystal Apartments complex, with an occupancy permit from 2016. (block 35 of Perla Nessebar district, see on the map below).

The building is emblematic of the area and is on the first line to the beach. It has controlled access, is well maintained, video surveillance, swimming pool, playground and landscaped yard.

The place is close to year-round restaurants, pubs, Jeanette's store, the school, the court, the municipality and everything you need.



The apartment has large rooms and is ready to move into. It consists of a practical entrance hall, a large living room with dining and kitchen area, two separate large bedrooms and two separate bathrooms with toilets. Pets are also allowed. Internet and TV with many channels. It can be used by up to six people (there is a nice sofa bed, bedroom one, bedroom two).
