It is a one-story, recently renovated over 100-year-old building, with a preserved authentic look and modern amenities.
There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms. The triple bedrooms have single beds, the double bedroom has a 140/190cm bed.
The living room is spacious and high. It is furnished with a dining table, sofas and a kitchenette with hobs, oven, fridge, toaster,coffee machine and crockery. The TV has an Android operating system, it is connected to the Internet and allows watching news, movies, etc. through some free apps.
It is heated by a fireplace and electric radiators.
The house has a covered terrace with a dining table and a garden fountain. Grilling can be done on a portable charcoal barbecue. The yard is spacious and level, furnished with a trampoline for the children and deckchairs for the adults.
There is a children's playground in front of the house, and a mixed-type store nearby.
The village is home to the famous Monastery of the Holy Transfiguration, as well as a wine cellar, where tastings are organized by appointment. There are opportunities for fishing near the village. Pleasant walks on foot or by bicycle can be done in the village itself and to neighboring Dolni Maryan, Ruhovtsi and Chakali.
The house is called the Ballerinas, because since 2011 is used by the teachers in the summer ballet academy for children, which takes place every year in the community center of the village of Maryan.
For this reason, the house is not for rent during the first two weeks of August.
