The apartment has an entrance hall, a bathroom, a furnished bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette and a dining room with access to a terrace. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished. The living room has a sofa bed (for two), TV, cable, WI-FI, a dining table with six chairs, the kitchen is equipped and furnished with everything you need for a full vacation.



For your peace, coziness, warmth and romance, you can additionally enjoy in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine or simply drink your aromatic coffee on the terrace and enjoy the seasonal colors or the stormy snowy morning with the snow-covered pine trees.



The building is located about 500m. on foot from the tourist track leading to the Studenets hut, and 200 m. within walking distance is the ski track No. 7, which leads to the 4 chairlift Studenets-Ski Center1/former bus station, where you can buy a ski pass/.



Only 10 minutes away. by car is the town of Smolyan, where you can shop at Lidl and Bila, as well as visit the sights - the planetarium, the rich Regional History Museum.
