Relax Tonchevi Complex is located in the village of Cherni Osam, in the Ivanovska Luka area, in the heart of the Troyan Balkan. It is a peaceful mountain property surrounded by nature, fresh air and greenery, suitable for family holidays, weekends with friends, private celebrations, company gatherings or a quiet escape from the city.
The complex consists of three separate guest houses with a total capacity of 12+6 guests. Each house has two bedrooms, and every room includes a private bathroom and toilet, towels, toiletries, air conditioning and a TV. House 1 and House 2 are suitable for families and small groups, offering verandas and easy access to the yard and swimming pool. House 3 provides extra comfort with an equipped kitchenette, a dining area for 12 guests and a spacious veranda overlooking the forest and the pool.
Guests can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool during the summer season, sun loungers, umbrellas, a sauna, a jacuzzi, two dining areas, a barbecue area, an oven and free parking. Catering, roasted lamb, suckling pig, birthdays, banquets and other events can be arranged in advance.
The complex is located near Troyan Monastery and is a good choice for guests who want to combine a relaxing stay in nature with walks and sightseeing in the area.
The minimum stay is 2 nights. Reservations are accepted by phone and are confirmed with a 30% deposit. Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM. Pets are not allowed. Loud music and noisy gatherings are not permitted after 11:30 PM.
